أعلنت وزيرة الخارجية روث جونسون عن سياسة جديدة توجه الكتبة ، عندما يسمح الوقت ، بسؤال العملاء عما إذا كانوا يرغبون في الانضمام إلى سجل المانحين. تحتل ميشيغان المرتبة 45 في الدولة في النسبة المئوية للبالغين المسجلين كمتبرعين. يأمل جونسون أن يساعد هذا التغيير الدولة على اللحاق بالركب وإنقاذ المزيد من الأرواح.
