Teen Driver Education
Preparing students to make an important decision
All new drivers are offered the opportunity to learn about organ donation and the Michigan Organ Donor Registry when going through a driver's education program. New drivers are asked about signing up on the Donor Registry through the Secretary of State when obtaining their Level 1 Learner's License.
Gift of Life Michigan supplies complimentary resources to all driver education schools in the state to help instructors provide accurate, up-to-date information to students, helping students make a decision that is right for them. These resources satisfy the legal requirements established by the state.
