El donante de tejido joven ayuda a decenas de personas a vivir mejor; da vista a dos personas

Nathaniel Payne, de 14 años, de West Branch, se convirtió en donante después de perder la vida en un accidente automovilístico en 2013. Nate pudo dar válvulas cardíacas que salvan vidas, así como huesos y tendones para ayudar a aliviar el dolor y ayudar a otros a sanar. El alumno de octavo grado también entregó el don de la vista a dos personas que sufrían de pérdida de la vista. La familia y los amigos de Nate están orgullosos de su legado.
