La secretaria de Estado Ruth Johnson ha anunciado una nueva política que ordena a los empleados, cuando el tiempo lo permita, preguntar a los clientes si les gustaría unirse al Registro de Donantes. Michigan ocupa el puesto 45 en la nación en el porcentaje de adultos registrados como donantes. Johnson espera que este cambio ayude al estado a ponerse al día y salvar más vidas.
