Las universidades de Wayne State y Siena Heights ganaron el décimo concurso anual Gift of Life Campus Challenge. Wayne State ganó por registrar la mayor cantidad de donantes nuevos con 854. Siena Heights ganó por registrar la mayor cantidad de personas como proporción de la población estudiantil, con un 4,13 por ciento.
