Michelle M. Packard

Michelle graduated valedictorian of Tawas Area High School in 1996.  She received her Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.  She went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan.  She worked in Infectious Disease at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, GA.  She returned to Michigan State University and was awarded a SMART scholarship from the Department of Defense to complete her Ph.D. in Biosystems Engineering.
