National Donate Life Month

Connections. Stories. Impact.

Observed in April each year, National Donate Life Month helps raise awareness about donation, encourages Americans to register as organ, eye and tissue donors and honors those who have saved lives through the gift of donation. In honor of this year’s observance, Gift of Life Michigan is asking residents across the state to share their stories of hope, generosity and resilience to show how donation connects us.

Every recipient, donor family and waiting patient’s story illustrates the impact donation has on their family, friends and surrounding communities, whether direct or indirect. If you have a story or know someone who does, we would like to hear it.
