Adding your name to the Michigan Organ Donor Registry is the most selfless act possible. You’re giving hope to those on the transplant waiting list, and providing them and their families the chance to make more memories.

Adding your name is simple:

  1. Check for the ❤️ symbol in the bottom corner of your license or state ID.
  2. If you don’t have one, complete the form below to join the Donor Registry.
  3. After you join you’ll receive a link to request the ❤️ donor symbol from the Secretary of State for your state ID.
