This quilt patch is in honor of my sister, Lois Busch, who died because of heart failure and lung cancer in December 2008. She is one of the most contagious and gracious people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. I will never forget her and truly believe she will be waiting with arms open wide when we meet again. The butterflies on the patch signify my sister’s new life with our heavenly father. The flowers signify her inner and outer beauty and most importantly the cross, her faith in God.
