On the top left side of the quilt square is a phot of Bernie before his death in 2019.

On the bottom right side of the quilt square is a photo of Bernie when he served in the U.S Marines.

In the center right top + bottom left of the square is a copy of a small card given to family and friends who attended his funeral service August 2019.
