David loved all animals. Our house is filled with cats and dogs. He once rescued a bird that was wrapped in fishing line when he was in Corpus Christi Texas.He loved the water and was happy anytime he was near water, from Lake Michigan to the Gulf of Mexico. Cancun in February was a favorite spot.He loved to fish. He was happy on his boat or charter fishing.On a Saturday afternoon you would find him on his tractor moving dirt, digging up a stump, taking Maggie, the dog, for a ride on the tractor.His passion was woodworking, he remodeled the house we lived in. Did not matter if it was major remodel or a jewelry box, he loved working with his wood.Spending time with family was important to him. He loved Christmas parties to just 3 of us playing cards.We should have had 30 years together, but I am forever thankful for the 15 incredible years we had together and all the things you taught me.Miss the twinkle in your eyes and your big smile and your voice when you sang.
