Lee-Ann Sanford

Lee-Ann Sanford (Moran) was born on April 11, 1945 with twin sister Lou-Ellen to Ione and Francis Moran of Detour, MI. She is survived by 7 brothers and sisters, 3 children, and 8 grandchildren. Lee-Ann and her family moved to Port Huron in 1955 while her father worked at Ford Motor Company. In 1957 the family moved to Walled Lake, MI where she would graduate from Walled Lake Central High School in 1963. Lee-Ann enjoyed her job as a LPN working for St. Joe’s Pediatric Burn Center and being part of their Med Flight team. She also enjoyed playing sports, especially softball and golf, up until her passing. At the time of her death she had been working at MAC Valve for 16 years and had just signed her retirement papers. Lee-Ann enjoyed life to its fullest. She was and still is an inspiration to all. We will always remember her great stories, her laugh, her kindness and many other great times she shared with us.
