Margaret Ann Robinson

Margaret Ann Robison was my sister. She is featured in this quilt square with her faithful companion of seventeen years, Callie, her calico cat. During her working career, Margaret served as social worker in several capacities. In 1998, she retired from the Tri-County Mental Health Department, located in St. Johns, Michigan. She enjoyed traveling, playing bridge, bowling, and gathering information on her family’s genealogy. While living in Lansing, she was active in the “55 and single” group, and she was a member of the Royal Glitzie Chicks of Lansing, Michigan, a chapter of the Red Hat Society. In addition, Margaret served as secretary of her condo association for many years. Margaret’s family is grateful that, despite her death, part of her lives on thus enhancing the lives of others.
