Ruth F. Clarke
With a motto of “Stay Flexible”, Ruth F. Clarke was a career woman who stayed active with guys, bridge, growing roses and had a love of organ music. She had eye problems all throughout her life and since 1988; she had four cornea transplants and focal glaucoma surgeries. In appreciation for the wonderful care she received at U of M Kellogg Eye Center, she elected to donate her eyes to the Eye Center, via Michigan Eye Bank, to be used for research.
