Sheena Cushard
Sheena Cushard ~ September 13, 1988 – August 5, 2013You never said you’re leavingYou never said goodby. You were gone before we knew it.And only God knew why.A million times I needed you.A million times I cried. If love alone could have saved youYou never would have died.In life I loved you dearlyIn death I love you still. In my heart you hold a placeThat nobody could ever fill.It broke my heart to lose youBut you didn’t go alone,For part of me went with youThe day God took you home.We miss Sheena’s beautiful smile, which could light up a room, her positive attitude and zest for life, her love and caring of family and friends, her willingness to help others, her devotion to motherhood, her dedication and commitment to her work.We are a small family and we miss her! Maci, lost her mother’s love and presence in her life as she grows up. Chuck, her fiancé, lost his life partner and the mother of his 16-month old daughter. Jeannine and Phil, or GMA and GPA, lost their beloved Sheena. Tiffany lost a devoted sister and personal confidante. Jessica lost a sweet and loving sister and dearest “niecy.” Aunt Barb lost a cherished niece. Sara lost a much-loved cousin. Derek and Quinton lost a sister and an opportunity to reestablish their relationship. Deb and Big Chuck lost a family member. Our loss continues to be devastating to our family.Because of who Sheena was, what she overcame and all that she accomplished we loved her and we’re proud of her. We miss her each and every day!
