Travis John “TJ” Owens

This quilt square was made in loving memory of:Travis John “TJ” OwensJanuary 18, 2000 – April 14, 2016TJ’s favorite things were his family, riding his bicycle, fast cars, cops, and fire trucks! He loved eating good food, playing video games with his brothers, making his sisters laugh, collecting stuffed frogs and listening to all types of music! TJ enjoyed playing basketball with his friends in Special Olympics! TJ was a helper to others at school and in his community of Kalamazoo, Michigan. TJ’s gift of five organs saved three adults! TJ is deeply missed by his family but knowing he helped three families have another tomorrow together gives them strength to face each day without this special young man.TJ loved his family to the moon and back!
