Willie Junior Perkins

How do I describe someone that I have loved for almost 50 years? As a young couple we were new and in love. As we grew older, I saw the wisdom that grew in him as a man, as a father, as a son, as a brother, as a cousin, as an uncle, as a grandfather and friend. Willie was a very special person. He was lovable, caring, and a careful person that loved and served God. Willie was a forgiving man, always kind to others. He was very honorably good husband, father and grandfather. A great listener with a charming indifference to anyone he met. A remarkable, one of a kind, sweet, strong person. My husband wasn’t a perfect man, but to me he was everything that God made perfectly for me. He was my very humble king.
