LIFE Walk/Run

Join us at the Casino building (not a gambling establishment) at Belle Isle State Park in Detroit to support the Detroit MOTTEP Foundation. Events will include:

• 10K run
• 5K run or walk
• Kids run (kids 12 and under are free)
• Health fair
• Food, music, dancing and more!

For the past 26 years, something major has been happening in the city of Detroit.  Gift of Life MOTTEP, The Detroit MOTTEP Foundation and Gift of Life Michigan, along with our Champion Sponsors throughout the years, have been working together to save lives. Since its humble beginning in 1997 to promote National Minority Donor Awareness Day, Gift of Life MOTTEP has hosted its annual walk/run event at the beautiful Belle Isle Park in Detroit. 26 years later, this event has grown into abundantly more than we could have imagined — an international event featuring a cafe, health fair and so much more.  LIFE Walk/Run is the largest and longest-running event of its kind in Michigan.
