Bob Elston
Poppa was a huge harted man. Family was the most important thing to him. Us granddaughters were his world. He would drive rain or shine to Ohio to watch the two youngest play whatever sport was in season. The last 2 years of his life he found God. Him and Nan would attend church in Defiance, OH, every Sunday. Poppa loved his family, animals, Spartans and his Pepsi. He was a simple, gentle, kind, loving whole-hearted man. He would give anyone who needed it the shirt off his back. He left too soon and is deeply missed by all that knew him and loved him. We, the family, are happy to know someone out there is able to live the life that Poppa would have wanted them to.
