Gift of Life Michigan Donation and Transplant Community Support Application

Gift of Life Michigan is proud to support our community partners with financial assistance for activities and initiatives that support the transplant and donation community, increase awareness about organ and tissue donation and promote the Michigan Organ Donor Registry.

Requests can be submitted at any time during the year. Funds will be available as long as budget is available.
