Lillian Vorbeck

Lillian Vorbeck born in Malta came to America when she was 9 years old with her family. She fought cancer for many years and won! Cancer did not take this “Maltese Warrior.” Lillian was a strong beautiful woman with a smile that would melt everyone’s heart. She absolutely adored her 3 grand boys and loved being their Nanna. Our quilt square is of the George Cross awarded to Malta after World War II for bravery. Our Mom/Nanna will always forever be in our hearts and memories.
