Stephen J Vlassis

Steve was my best friend since I was seven years old. I really miss him. He was awesome, my favorite person to be aroundStephens picture under the poem “After Glow,” along with a picture of a waterfall in the Dominican Republic. The waterfall picture was taken on a mission trip. They planned to use this photo on their wedding announcement, which was scheduled in June. Stephen appreciated nature and loved the outdoors especially the fall and winter season in Michigan. His family was extremely important to him and he was anxious to begin his own, with hopes of six children. Stephen generally chose a different path being there to God and himself. His special gift was to make us laugh. He wore his heart on his sleeve and a smile in his eyes. The Lord has blessed us by having Stephen in our lives if only for a short time. However, his presence remains with us in our hearts.
