Timothy Anegon

After suffering from end stage liver cirrhosis for several years Tim received a phone call for a liver transplant on 4/11/14. That “Gift of Life” was our hope for his life to continue and that he could be healthy again. We celebrated with excitement and anxiety but kept the donor family in our thoughts, realizing another family had lost their loved one, making his transplant possible. Prior to the surgery our family spent the entire day together. We talked, laughed, told stories and hoped for what his future would be. We took this “selfie” which would be our last photo together.During the successful transplant Tim had complications; tremendous efforts were made to save his life. Four days later he passed away and we then became a donor family.Tim enjoyed golf, boating, and traveling. He lived life fully, played hard and loved deeply. He is missed!
