Gift of Life Michigan is giving away free tickets to our supporters for the game. Please feel out the form below to be entered into the drawing to receive two (2) free tickets to the game.

Winners will be notified by email, phone or social media message. Tickets will be available under the winners' names at the Will Call booth at the Down Event Center on game day.

The game takes place at the Dow Event Center (303 Johnson St, Saginaw, MI 48607).
